shiftLabs brings together creative specialists, experienced campaigners, digital networks, emerging movements and campaigning organisations in order to help them to come up with new ways to make positive change in the world.

shiftLabs is powered by Oxfam GB, but works with a number of partners and specialists within the campaigning, communications and policy world to improve the effectiveness of public campaigning. We do this by utilising creative processes, innovation techniques and the latest research to learn, test and share new ways to engage the public on the issues they care about, and influence those that have the power to make a difference.

shiftLabs is a small team Karina Brisby (Director), Jason Wojciechowski (Creative Director), and Abi Ramanan (Team Assistant) who work with an extended family of fellows, consultants, partners and project participants from around the world.
